Terms & Conditions


Your access to and use of Windsurfer Beach Chalets is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

DEPOSIT:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is to be paid by guests via Direct Deposit, Credit Card or Cash with-in 7 working days of making booking.

FULL PAYMENT:

  • To be paid by guests via Direct Deposit, Credit Card or Cash 14 days prior to arrival.

ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS

  • Additional adults and children over the original agreement will be charged accordingly.

AFTER HOURS PAYMENT

  • Guests arriving after office hours are required to pay any out-standing tariff within 24 hours of arrival.

SECURITY BOND DEPOSIT

  • Credit Card Details Will Be Recorded.

ARRIVAL TIME From 2pm.

  • If arriving after 5pm please make prior arrangements before your arrival.

DEPARTURE TIME After 10am.

  • Guests agree to leave the property by 10am unless prior arrangements have been made for a late checkout.

INSURANCE

  • Guests agree to pay any excess on any insurance claim that arises or is attributable to an act by a guest or their visitors.

PET BOND

  • Windsurfer Beach Chalets allows pets inside but not on the furniture at any time.
  • Credit Card details must be provided and recorded as a pet bond.

CLEANLINESS

  • The occupants agree to both maintain and leave the property in a clean and sanitary condition during their stay. On departure any damage caused by guests or their visitors must be reported.
  • All rubbish that does not fit in Green Wheel Bin provided must be taken away by you or your guests on departure.
  • Recycling facilities available in Lancelin. Information available in the office.

SMOKING

  • No Smoking inside at any time. Please use the ashtrays provided.

NOISE

  • No parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time with-out prior notification and approval.
  • Courtesy must be shown to other guest throughtout your stay with regard to noise and disturbances.

KEY RETURN

  • The occupants agree to return the key to the office unless prior arrangements have been made.

BOND INSPECTION

  • Inspection of the property will be carried out after the guests had vacated. If required the managing agent will notify the guests to discuss any damage or cleaning required.
  • Windsurfer Beach Chalets reserves the right to deduct any cleaning or repair costs deemed necessary from the guests bond.

CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING

  • Where possible we will accept changes to a booking after the booking has been confirmed with a deposit. In such cases an administration fee of $50.00 may be charged.

CANCELLATION

  • Once a booking has been confirmed and receipted, your deposit will only be refundable if we are notified within one month of the arrival date.
  • If the booking is cancelled in writing more than two weeks from the arrival date you will be released from the final payment.
  • If we receive written notice of cancellation less than two weeks prior to the booking arrival date and we are successful in finding guests to fill the dates of the booking, a refund will be applicable minus the deposit. If we are only able to fill part of your booking dates then the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
